- This site has no advertising, analytics, user accounts, comment system, contact form or behavioural tracking code.
- The site does not intentionally set browser cookies or store identifiers in local storage.
- The interactive map requests map tiles directly from tile.openstreetmap.org. That provider receives ordinary request information such as your IP address and user agent under its own policies.
- Cloudflare serves the website and may process short-lived network and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.
- If you email a correction, the email provider will process the address, message and delivery metadata you choose to send. Email is for site corrections, not the statutory reporting of finds.
- Following an external source link takes you to a separate site with its own privacy practices.
Read the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy. This site does not send searches to Nominatim or another geocoder.
